     The Rock Sound Club was built by Arthur Vining Davis,  founder of Alcoa Aluminum and served as his home until his demise at the age of 92.

     The club was subsequently purchased by Juan Tripp, founder of Pan American Airlines and became his retirement home.

After Tripp's death the property was re-purchased and is at present undergoing a fairly extensive renovation which makes this an opportune time to acquire a piece of nostalgia by purchasing a home lot before the value appreciates significantly from the improvements that are underway.
